We will proudly offer 15 units available for households earning below 40%, 50%, and 60% of Area Median Income for Los Angeles County. The minimum monthly income requirement will be 1.5x the rent, and please note that income and rent limits are subject to change. Applications will be available beginning Dec 28, 2020, and must be received by January 25, 2021, to be entered into the Ashley Willowbrook lottery. Our apartments for rent will feature spacious walk-in closets, carpeted floors, beautiful views, central air and heating, kitchens equipped with GE appliances, vinyl plank flooring, and some paid utilities. Get ready for affordable apartments that are second to none, and your pets will be welcome in our pet-friendly environment. Mobility impaired households will have priority for a designated number of units that are being designed for the mobility impaired.

The community amenities will provide comfortable living, including a clubhouse and community room for social gatherings, garden plots, a picnic area with barbecue, a play area, a dog run, and plenty of bike parking.
